Toner
Service Description
Toners are used to neutralise or enhance shades throughout the hair either for changing tone to darken or to neautralied unwanted brassy tones and for a more seamless blend after it has been lightened (highlights or balyage). Toners can be in the form of a purple shampoo or tint mixed with low level developer left on the hair between 5 - 30 minutes depending on target shade required. As toners are used for depositing colour only as sch they are temporary and will wash out over time so it is important to maintain your colour in between salon appointments buy using products recommended in between or coming in for a toner top ups (please be aware seperate toning appointments are classed as a full head colour service). Hair conditon, lifestyle, water type, products and other factors can also affect how long a toner will last in the hair so please take these into consideration.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable booking fee: 50% of the total service cost is to be paid upfront to confirm your booking with the remaining balance due on the day. Cancellation by you: If you decide to cancel your appointment, please inform me no less than 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made more than 48 hours prior an appointment will result in loss of your booking fee. Rescheduling an appointment: If you decide to cancel and reschedule your booking, permitting you do so within 48 hours, you will be able to carry your booking fee over to the next appointment. However, if you cancel and reschedule a second time, the full service cost will be due and if cancelled again regardless of how far in advance of the appointment, the full service cost will be retained and you will not be eligible for a refund. Advanced bookings: If you decide to cancel a booking that has been made 16 weeks (112 days) or more in advance whether paid in part or in full, permitting you cancel within 16 weeks you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation by me: In the event I am unable to carry out your appointment, with your permission, I will first look to get another artist to cover your booking on my behalf. If I am unable to find another artist(s) or if you choose to book another artist directly, in this instance a full refund will be provided. Force Majeure: I am unable to accept any liability or pay compensation for any event classed as a Force Majeure. Consultation/Skin Test: All new clients require a skin test 48 hours prior any tinting service. Please inform me immediately about anything that may reduce or prevent you from having any such services carried out.
